Magic Malachi Returns To Maldon

Maldon & Tiptree are delighted to announce return of winger Malachi Napa, who rejoins the club from Ramsgate after a brief spell with the Isthmian South East side.

Napa had only recently joined Ramsgate following his departure from Redbridge, but the talented wide player has now made a swift return to the Jammers as the club strengthens its squad heading into the final few games of the season. Earlier this season, Napa notched up an impressive 21 goals in the Isthmian North- Napa’s arrival ensures the Jammers frontline includes 3 out of the top four goalscorers in the league, supported by Freddie Sears who leads the golden boot race with 24 league goals, closely followed by Mikey Faulkner with 22, who is tied in second place with ex-Jammer Kai Brown.

The 26-year-old is already a familiar face to supporters at Park Drive, having previously impressed during his earlier time with Maldon & Tiptree. Known for his pace, direct running and ability to stretch defences, Napa adds further attacking depth and creativity to the squad.

Napa’s previous spell with the Jammers saw him become a fan favourite thanks to his energetic performances on the wing in the 2021-22 season, where he recorded 26 appearances and 7 goals.. His return is expected to provide an immediate boost as the club continues its campaign. Supporters will be hoping the winger can quickly rediscover the form that made him such an exciting presence in a Maldon & Tiptree shirt during his earlier stint with the club.
