Tom Eastman is an experienced English centre-back known for his strength, consistency, and leadership. A product of Ipswich Town’s academy, he made his name at Colchester United with over 400 appearances and four Player of the Year awards. Eastman brings a wealth of Football League experience to the back line.
Club Captain Jack Cawley, is a left-footed centre-back known for his physical presence and aerial ability. His past clubs include Wealdstone, Bromley, Maidstone and Chesham United as well as spells playing in New Zealand and Australia before joining the Jammers in February.
Chris Millar is a composed and hardworking midfielder who joined during the 2024/25 season. Formerly with Bowers & Pitsea, Millar played a key role in their promotion campaign, scoring the opening goal in the 2023/24 Isthmian League Playoff Final. His experience and ability to control the tempo make him a valuable addition.
Tevan Allen is a versatile, attack-minded midfielder known for his pace and ability to play across multiple positions. He made over 40 appearances for Needham Market, scoring crucial goals before joining the Jammers in the summer of 2025, where he brings experience and energy to the squad.
Terrell is a dynamic winger known for his pace, dribbling, and eye for goal. A Southend United academy graduate, before spells with Farnborough, Bishop Stortford and Czech side MFK Vyškov. In May 2025, he returned to the Jammers to bring energy and flair to our front line.
