Maldon & Tiptree Football Club recently announced the launch of Maldon & Tiptree Ladies a bold new chapter powered by ambition, equality, and an unshakable belief that women’s football deserves the same stage, spotlight, and standards as the mens.
Driven by the Drewitt-Barlow family, who have placed equality at the very heart of this football club, we’re not just starting a new team we’re changing the game. Our women’s side will be treated with the same professionalism, pride, and purpose as our men’s first team. Full stop.

We’ve structured the future of Maldon & Tiptree Ladies around nine key pillars each one designed to break the mould and set a new standard for what women’s football at grassroots level should look like:
- No Membership or Subscription Fees – Because you should never have to pay to play the game you love or the team you train and play hard for.
- All Travel Expenses Covered – Whether it’s training or matchday, the club will cover your journeys. Dedication should be rewarded, not charged.
